Why are you excited to judge a pro-Israel meme competition?

Pretty much my entire day is just swiping through memes on my iPhone. If I’m not swiping memes, then I’m looking for a new page that has unseen memes — so that I can swipe those, too. This competition gives me the opportunity to combine the two things I love: Israel and memes. And because it’s for a pro-Israel cause, I’m not even wasting time or being unproductive. It’s win-win.

Why did you want to be a judge for this competition?

As someone who is very passionate about Israel, I’m really excited for any opportunity to participate in these kinds of events—especially one so relevant to me and my interests. When I heard about this competition, I knew I had to get involved.

What are you looking to get out of being a judge for the pro-Israel meme competition?

I expect some good laughs, but also the opportunity to learn new things about Israel in this modern format. I think that this is a great initiative, which can do some real good in the fight against the delegitimization of Israel on college campuses. I’m really looking forward to being a part of it.
